Alexion seeks an MD with hematology expertise to lead or support global clinical development efforts within the Cell Therapy team. The Medical Director will drive study design, contribute to asset area strategies, and present to governance groups.

A strong publication record and industry trial experience are preferred. The role is office-based with an in-office hybrid model, requiring regular collaboration across global teams and adherence to high ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• MD required, hematology preferred.
• 3+ years of industry clinical development experience.
• Experience as a medical monitor for clinical trials.
• Peer‑reviewed publications desirable.

Aufgaben

• Design and execute multiple clinical studies or programs.
• Represent Clinical Development on GPT and management reviews.
• Prepare protocols, summaries, presentations and regulatory documents.
• Select advisory board participants and guide meeting prep.
• Evaluate disease areas and competitive landscape for asset plans.
