Infinite Medical P.C. in Braintree, MA is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to oversee care delivery, lead clinical staff, and promote best practices across the facility. This full-time role emphasizes leadership, quality improvement, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

You will chair QAPI, guide credentialing, and help implement new programs while staying current on geriatric care advances. A CMD is preferred, LTC experience, and strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive LTC/Skilled Nursing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous professional development.
• Lead the interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee on a quarterly basis.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Lead the implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed of advancements in geriatric and long-term care to continuously evolve the facility’s clinical offerings.
• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring high-quality clinical treatment.
