Infinite Medical P.C. seeks a Medical Director to oversee comprehensive patient care, provide clinical leadership, and guide staff toward high-quality outcomes. You will shape medical policies, mentor clinicians, and drive best practices across the facility.

Location: Westminster, VT. This role emphasizes program development, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders to elevate geriatric care and patient outcomes in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred.
• Extensive LTC or SNF experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on feet up to 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance to medical staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes best practices and continuous professional development.
• Lead interview and credentialing process for prospective medical staff.
• Chair or co-chair the QAPI Committee quarterly.
• Assist in DOH survey preparedness, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
• Stay informed of geriatrics and long‑term care advancements to evolve clinical offerings.
• Provide direct patient care to residents as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medical Director to join our team. As the Medical Director, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of comprehensive care to patients, ensuring high-quality service, and promoting best practices across the healthcare team. You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities

• Stay informed of advancements in geriatric and long-term care to continuously evolve the facility’s clinical offerings
• Provide direct patient care to residents, ensuring the highest quality of clinical treatment and support

Requirements

• Certified Medical Director (CMD) certification is preferred.
• Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long‑term care
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance patient care and facility operations
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
