Workforce Health is seeking a Medical Director to join our dynamic team. We provide onsite healthcare services to a diverse clientele of businesses throughout the Milwaukee metro area and eastern Wisconsin.
Our administrative leaders are practicing primary care physicians who bring current clinical expertise to leadership roles. This position includes 0.2 FTE administrative responsibilities focused on Workforce Health and may include up to 0.8 FTE primary care clinical practice responsibilities.
The WFH Workplace Clinics & Wellness Medical Director is a key physician leader who works in dyad partnership with the WFH Associate VP - Operations and collaboratively with the WFH APP Medical Director, WFH and CP executive leadership and the clinical care teams to advance and achieve the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of the enterprise. In collaboration with the WFH Associate VP – Operations and the WFH APP Medical Director, the WFH Medical Director manages clinical teams to advance care delivery to achieve measurable improvement and best in class efficiency and effectiveness with a consistent patient centered focus. Together with the leadership group, the WFH Medical Director will assist in developing strategies to improve the value of services offered to the market and advance care team development.
The WFH Medical Director will effectively engage CP and Froedtert ThedaCare resources to help manage provider capacity to meet patient demand and ensure patient experience and outcomes are consistently achieved across locations and aligned with the Froedtert ThedaCare strategic plan. Along with the WFH APP Medical Director and Senior Medical Director-Occupational Health Services, is accountable for clinical performance of those providers employed by CP at WFH sites of care.
