Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend Hospital in Wisconsin. The role offers a 1.0 FTE with a 7 on/7 off schedule (Wednesday–Tuesday) including weekends, within a supportive, academic-affiliated health system.

The hospitalist team emphasizes collaboration, excellent staff support, and access to EPIC EMR. Wisconsin licensure, board certification or eligibility, and family medicine/internal medicine training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible; certification within 2 years if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient hospitalist care for patients at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend Hospital.
• Collaborate with a collegial, supportive team and use Epic EMR across the system.
• Work a 7 on/7 off schedule (Wednesday–Tuesday) with weekend involvement.

The FroedtertHospitalist practice is very collegial, collaborative, and consultative with exceptional support staff. The Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Community Physician network is a partnership between Froedtert ThedaCare Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research, and education.

Our health network operates Eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. Enjoy autonomy with the benefit of a large hospital system and an academic affiliation with the Medical College of Wisconsin.
