Job summary

VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead the hospital's medical direction and ensure world-class veterinary care. You will guide clinical quality, mentor the medical team, and collaborate with operations and administration to support hospital success.

Qualifications

  • DVM degree from an accredited university.
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Nevada, or ability to obtain.
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary ethics.

Responsibilities

  • Direct medical quality and the hospital's clinical direction.
  • Lead clinical teams and mentor staff and associates.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, HR, and leadership to support hospital success.

Schedule
  • Current hospital hours: Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:00am -5:00pm
  • Full-time position
  • Rotating weekends when needed

  • Our practice focuses on providing comprehensive care for dogs and cats.
