VCA Oso Creek Animal Hospital and Emergency Center in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Medical Director to lead a AAHA-accredited 24‑hour hospital with advanced technology and a collaborative team. The role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation support.

Qualifications

• DVM degree and Texas veterinary licensure in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to the highest standard of veterinary medicine and ethics.
• Experience leading clinical teams in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical operations for a 24/7 AAHA-accredited hospital.
• Mentor and supervise doctors and support staff.

Schedule

• Full‑Time schedule
• Our hospital is open 24/7
• This position will require (4) 10‑hour shifts including a variety of day/swing/overnight

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Texas, or the ability to obtain
