Job Summary

This position is responsible for assigned aspects of medical policies and programs. Performs medical reviews and interacts with provider communities for assigned areas.

Job Requirements

• Physician (M.D. or D.O) with a current and unrestricted license in a U.S. state or territory.
• Maintain Board Certification by an American Board of Medical Specialties-approved specialty board, the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons, or the Advisory Board of Osteopathic Specialists.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes for electronic documentation.

Preferred Requirements

• Board Certification in Oncology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Surgical, or Plastic Surgery.
• At least 3 years of Managed Care experience.

This is a telecommute (remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or within the posted state.

Base Pay Range

$187,700.00 - $348,600.00
