• Strong understanding of Title 36, medical detox, and involuntary psychiatric care.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for recovery-focused, trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Medical Director to provide visionary leadership at our dedicated behavioral health and substance use facility in Casa Grande, Arizona. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a physician committed to advancing integrated psychiatric care and supporting a high-performing clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Details:

$255,537.00 to $309,200.00 per year
