The Medical Director serves as the physician leader for assigned psychiatric services while maintaining a clinical caseload. This role provides clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants while partnering with site and medical leadership to advance quality, safety, access, and clinical excellence.
Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Site Administrator, Clinical Director, Lead Nurse, and Primary Care Providers, the Medical Director helps shape the delivery of evidence‑based, recovery‑oriented behavioral healthcare services across the region.
