Job summary

Vantage Health Partners in Brook Park, OH seeks a part-time Medical Director to lead and oversee clinical care at a long-term care facility. The schedule is 1-2 days on site with an immediate start.

MD or DO with an active Ohio medical license; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics preferred; LTC/post-acute experience preferred; availability 1-2 days per week is required for this role.

• Serve as the facility's attending physician leader and oversee resident medical care.
• Develop, review and approve clinical policies, procedures and care protocols.
• Take part in QAPI, infection control and pharmacy/therapeutics committees.
• Work with the Administrator, Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team on resident outcomes.
• Support regulatory compliance and survey readiness under CMS and Ohio requirements.
• Act as a clinical resource for attending physicians, nurse practitioners and nursing staff.
