Job summary

Harbor Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Medical Director at the Daniel Driscoll Neponset Health Center in Dorchester, MA. The role combines leadership of clinical staff with maintaining a 24-hour clinical practice per week.

Responsibilities include recruiting, supervising, budgeting, and implementing quality improvements, while steering the health center toward a medical home model and innovative care delivery. MA license and board certification are required or highly desired.

Qualifications

• Current MA MD/DO license, Family Physician highly desired, Board Certified.
• 5 years of primary care experience required with experience in administration, supervision and management of clinical staff including budgeting required.
• Experience in community health setting preferred.

Salary Range: $234,213.00 To $351,370.00 Annually

The Daniel Driscoll NeponsetHealth Center, a division of Harbor Health Services Inc. is seeking a Site Medical Director.

The Site Medical Director will provide leadership to the clinical staff as well as maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly.
