We are seeking a Physician (MD or DO) to serve as Medical Director in a full-time, exempt position. The Medical Director provides leadership, clinical oversight, and direct patient care within the primary care program. The provider team is highly dedicated to the community they serve, and are driven by their passion of mission, focus on exceptional patient care, and commitment to workforce excellence. The Medical Director position is an 60/40 split of clinical and admin time (respectively) and reports to the Chief Clinical Officer who serves as oversight of all of primary care.
The Medical Director leads a team of physicians and advanced practice providers and works collaboratively with the Practice Operations Managers (at the main clinic location and Medical Respite), nursing team, social services, and behavioral health leadership in an integrated model.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading and mentoring a clinical team, a background in community health, primary care, urgent care, or family practice, and will also have a strong interest in bringing their personal experience and voice to strategic goals, innovations in patient access/care, and community engagement.
