Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking Medical Directors or Managing Veterinarians to lead one of our Bay Area clinics. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a hospital’s future, influence team success, and deliver exceptional veterinary care within a collaborative network of NVA and Ethos Health hospitals.

The role requires a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or successful completion of ECFVG or PAVE.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hospital operations and drive day-to-day functions at the clinic.

NVA supports multiple hospital sites in California – each staffed with an internal Managing Veterinarian and Hospital Manager – who partner together to drive the day-to-day functions at the hospital level, autonomously make decisions to support their teams and serve their specific clients by addressing their unique needs.

Experience Requirement:
  • Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program.
