Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree required (PhD or MS/MA).
• Qualitative data analysis experience.
• Strong writing and interviewing skills for research plans and results.
• Experience with medical devices and combination products.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and development of document-based deliverables (e.g., use-related risk docs, instructions for use, usability study protocols).
• Conduct interviews with representative users to collect qualitative data on medical devices.
• Analyze observational and interview data and present findings to clients in reports.
• Prepare documentation to support regulatory submissions (e.g., FDA HFE/UE reports).
