Job summary

Quality Tech Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Order Picker in Shakopee, MN, responsible for pulling orders, staging them for Bloomington, and maintaining clean, safe work areas. The role requires basic materials handling experience and strong attention to detail.

Training in safety and quality systems is provided, with opportunities to work cross-functionally. Hours are 7:30am–4pm at the Shakopee location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of materials handling and inventory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand, speak and write in English.
• Attention to detail with understanding ofFIFO, traceability.
• Forklift certified or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to follow directions and multitask.
• Strong problem-solving and research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Pull sales orders, shipping requests, engineering requests, and production requests.
• Perform inventory returns from portable bins to warehouse bins.
• Process inventory requests and maintain a neat, organized work area.
• Support safety training and adhere to company quality systems (ISO).
• Cross-train within other warehouse areas and collaborate with sales, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Read and follow work instructions and standard work; understand customer needs.
