Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Test Engineer to lead testing capabilities for regulatory compliance and product development within the CRM division. The role emphasizes collaboration with design and reliability teams, building test strategies, and driving test decisions for new and derivative devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 0 years experience.
• Experience designing and executing tests for medical devices preferred.
• Ability to develop test methods and select appropriate test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges labor, schedules, and equipment for testing.
• Provides test parameters for samples and specifies required tests.
• Compiles data and defines changes to testing equipment or procedures.
• Tests all customer samples and performs special tests as needed.
