The ideal candidate has strong bench skills, can read drawings, and adheres to GDP and DHR practices in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or Electronics Technology required or equivalent.
• Excellent precision soldering skills, SMT and through-hole, with good magnification.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly docs with accuracy.
• Experience with GDP and DHR documentation in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with measurement equipment, test fixtures, and lab tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble highly technical electro‑mechanical medical devices on the production line following written instructions.
• Perform high‑reliability soldering and in‑process inspections to verify compliance.
• Handle electrically sensitive components using proper ESD and cleanliness controls.
• Fabricate cables, wiring harnesses, and subassemblies; document steps in travelers.
• Assist engineers with prototypes, pilots, and validation activities.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
