Job summary

Redbock – an NES Fircroft company is seeking a motivated Test Engineer II to join our Mapping and Ablation System team in Mounds View, MN (on-site 100%). This role focuses on verification testing of advanced medical devices and requires hands-on manual testing, protocol development, and strong documentation practices.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of software verification experience, familiarity with IEC-62304 and FDA guidance, and skills in test case management tools and scripting languages

Qualifications

Formal degree with practical software verification experience.
Experience verifying medical product software and IEC-62304 guidance.
Ability to create and execute test protocols for software requirements.
Familiarity with test-case management tools and document control.

Responsibilities

Perform manual test execution and write test scripts.
Analyze defects and document results for QA.
Collaborate with engineering to diagnose software issues.
Review and improve test automation frameworks and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Maintain comprehensive test documentation and reports.
