Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
This is a commission-based role with immediate earnings from day one in an existing high value territory
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Medical Device Sales Representative to join our Advanced Surgical sales team. This role involves promoting and selling cutting-edge surgical technologies to healthcare professionals across multiple specialties, including OBGYN, Colorectal, Urology, and General Surgery. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales by developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Present and demonstrate surgical devices and technologies to surgeons and clinical staff.
- Educate healthcare providers on product features, benefits, and proper use, supporting improved clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Trainers for ongoing training and development.
- Strategically manage accounts and sales activities within assigned territory.
- Maintain professionalism, resilience, and perseverance to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Participate in industry trade shows, surgical labs, and in-service training events.
- Provide feedback from the field to internal teams to support product innovation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4-6+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a territory independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Must be comfortable working in operating room environments.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
