Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Pennsylvania is seeking a Service Depot Technician II to troubleshoot non-conformances on customer returned Ivenix devices, perform testing and rework, and document investigations. The role requires the ability to setup and operate test equipment and to work overtime when needed.

The ideal candidate has a GED/high school diploma, may hold an associate degree in electronics, and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• GED/High School diploma required.
• Preferred associate degree in electronics.
• 1–3 years’ experience, or equivalent education.
• Quality minded with attention to detail.
• Team player with good attendance and punctuality.
• Able to take direction after training; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily quality and productivity.
• Maintain service depot throughput at a high level.
• Setup, debug, and operate mechanical/electrical test equipment.
• Troubleshoot to maximize workflow and assist others.
• Document investigations clearly and concisely.
• Inspect, repair, and rework finished medical devices.
• Perform routine service depot operations and safety checks.
