Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Depot Field Service Technician to recondition decommissioned instruments and manage service documentation. The role involves receiving units, organizing paperwork, transporting instruments, cleaning per guidelines, and prioritizing shipments.

Training is provided and this is a 40-hour-per-week position. Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable working with PPE in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must wear PPE in designated areas at all times; safety glasses required.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods with frequent walking, stooping, reaching, grasping, and fine/gross motor manipulation.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver boxes or equipment 50 lbs. or heavier.
• Must be commutable to location residing locally.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming decommissioned units for reconditioning and organizes service worksheets and paperwork.
• Transports instruments throughout the service department.
• Cleans and decontaminates instruments per instructions and recommendations.
• Warehouses returned products for reconditioning, evaluation and loaner requirements; processes waste materials for vendors.
• Packages service records and shipments with BOM-driven documents; prioritizes shipments per customer needs.
