Medline Industries is seeking a skilled Project Manager to guide development of medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, and OTC/pharma products. You will manage multiple projects with R&D, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and product teams, driving plans, budgets, scope, and timelines.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or science and 2+ years in medical device/pharma settings, with PMP preferred and ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical related field.
• Knowledge of medical device requirements (Class I-II), design controls, risk assessments, and the 510k process.
• Travel up to 10% of the time (domestic and international).
• PMP Certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned projects, balance priorities, and align teams to meet deadlines.
• Oversee product development using an iterative agile project framework.
• Lead a portfolio of projects and ensure goals align with divisional objectives.
• Develop, communicate, and track project plans, budgets, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays.
• Maintain team morale through clear, transparent communication.
