Intellectt Inc. in Plymouth, MN seeks a detail-oriented Lab Technician / Engineering Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, and visual tests on medical devices and support R&D and testing environments.

You will maintain meticulous records and work closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability, with 85% lab execution and 15% documentation, on-site. Prior testing experience and strong math skills are preferred.

Formación

• Associate degree plus 4+ years in relevant field.
• High school diploma plus 6+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years experience in testing.
• Experience in medical device testing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical, electrical, conditioning, length, OD, and visual tests on medical devices.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Communicate test results and data trends with engineers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE consistently.
• Utilize lab tools including calipers, MTS, multimeters, digital thermometers, force gauges, Cognex vision systems, LabVIEW.
• Analyze verbal or statistical data to prepare reports for engineering staff.
• Maintain ~85% lab execution and 15% documentation time, on-site.
