Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a detail‑oriented lab technician for a 12‑month contract in Minnesota. The role focuses on routine medical device particulate testing, data collection, result verification, and accurate reporting to customers.

You will collaborate with engineers and technicians in a regulated environment, maintaining high documentation quality and participating in CAPA and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience plus 3+ years in a related lab role.
• Experience in analytical lab techniques (weighing, pipetting, scientific method).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing with basic interpretation of procedures.
• Gather, record, analyze data and report results.
• Troubleshoot with broad judgment.
• Create/maintain data files and forms.
• Communicate with client personnel in/ outside the plant.
• Identify improvements and participate in CI projects.
• Research information and generate Change Requests.
• Assist in developing data sheets, equipment, and methods.
• Contribute to CAPA activities and failure analysis.
• Support process and product qualification activities.
