Job summary

Remington Medical Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Quotation Specialist to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and production data to develop cost estimates for disposable medical devices.

You will support the Sales Team by mastering products, processes, and tools to estimate manufacturing costs. You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to understand the quote process, build accurate routings, and document project details while ensuring GDP/ISO13485/FDA compliance across all

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings (dimensions, tolerances, materials, specifications).
• Ability to review and work with Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, conditional formulas).
• Detail oriented with strong data analysis and logical reasoning.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop quotations for disposable medical devices by analyzing drawings, BOMs, and production data.
• Create accurate routings and cost estimates including labor hours, cycle times, and material yields.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to understand processes and value propositions.
• Maintain documentation and records for quote development and project tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, ISO13485, and FDA requirements.
