Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for a medical device manufacturing client in the United States. You will verify procured materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products using visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and electrical testing.

Using vision systems, verniers, micrometers, oscilloscopes, and other inspection tools, you will maintain documentation and follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with visual inspections and dimensional measurements.
• Ability to read SOPs, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Verify procured materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products through visual inspections and measurements.
• Perform electrical testing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of results and processing of returned materials.
• Follow established procedures in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
