Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years experience in high-volume production or quality.
• Experience with ISO, FDA, or comparable quality systems.
• Hands-on electromechanical repair and testing.
• Experience with medical instrumentation.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical, and optical diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Attention to detail and compliance.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and final test medical devices.
• Perform cleaning, decontamination, disassembly, repair, and final assembly.
• Diagnose complex problems using service data.
• Verify calibration and acceptance criteria.
• Inspect equipment and parts for defects and status.
• Read mechanical, electrical, and optical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product and process issues to reduce rejects.
• Maintain detailed test records and quality documentation.
• Support processing and routing of work orders for approval.
• Assist senior technicians with advanced repairs and training.
