Job summary

Theragenics is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful delivery of cross-functional medical device projects from concept through implementation. You will collaborate with Manufacturing and R&D teams to deliver innovative solutions across core operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, PMP certification, and 3–5 years of PM experience leading cross-functional initiatives within manufacturing or development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing projects in Manufacturing and/or R&D environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Align project objectives with leadership and business goals.
• Drive accountability to keep multiple projects on track.
• Facilitate governance, status reporting, and clear communications.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
