Job summary

Real is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead sustaining engineering, supplier changes, and continuous improvement initiatives in a medical device electrophysiology setting. You will manage projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and maintaining documentation.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience communicating with stakeholders across functional groups.
• Experience in cross-functional and matrixed organizations.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sustaining engineering, supplier change, and continuous improvement projects in a medical device/EP environment, from initiation through implementation.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, resource coordination, and execution in compliance with project management methodologies and quality system requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Packaging, Labeling, and Technical Publications to meet project objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, manage risks and issues, and provide status updates, dashboards, and leadership recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, risk registers, and change management records.
• Support project execution through Change Orders, procurement coordination, project tracking, and use of business systems (Windchill, SAP, Planview, Ariba).
