Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to independently lead sustaining engineering, supplier changes and continuous improvement projects within the Electrophysiology organization.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects using client PM methodologies and quality systems, partnering with R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, matrixed leadership, and ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years medical device experience in R&D, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustaining engineering, supplier change, design change and continuous improvement projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and deliverables to meet objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, drive accountability for deliverables, and align teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and coordinate resolution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and documentation.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders.
