Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking a Production Technician to perform medical-device assembly, inspection and labeling in an ISO-classified cleanroom, following GMP and QMS requirements.

You will complete Device History Records (DHRs), verify materials and equipment, operate production tools, maintain 5S standards, and support process improvements while upholding regulatory compliance.

On-site role in San Antonio, TX with in-office presence as required by BD’s policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in ISO-classified cleanrooms or sterile environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, test, package, and label medical devices per procedures.
• Work in ISO-classified cleanroom following gowning and contamination-control rules.
• Complete Device History Records (DHRs) and batch records accurately.
• Verify materials, equipment, and documentation before manufacturing.
• Report nonconformities and maintain traceability throughout production.
• Support process improvements and training as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas per 5S standards.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
