Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned team, providing guidance, training, mentorship, and support.
• Delegate, monitor, and audit tasks for direct reports and ensure resources are available.
• Collaborate with management on career development, performance feedback, and succession planning.
• Escalate issues promptly and troubleshoot technical problems as needed.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and compliance with ISO/FDA requirements.
• Provide project updates to management and report on progress.
• Perform duties as assigned by the manager.
