Trelleborg Medical Solutions in Minnesota seeks a manufacturing operator to support molding, inspection, and basic processing tasks in a clean, safe environment. The role involves operating molding and deflash equipment, performing basic quality checks, documenting actions, and supporting continuous improvement, with a Sunday–Thursday night shift from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 pm–7:15 am.

Responsabilidades

• Operate molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Conduct basic to complex inspections and measurements.
• Perform insert preparation, repair, and deflash of medical over molded products.
• Perform Clean Room operations per requirements.
• Document actions in the computer database.
• Provide feedback on machine performance and opportunities for improvement.
