Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to oversee assembly and packaging of medical devices, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and adherence to safety standards. The role involves ERP transactions, training technicians, and leading daily production activities across processes.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years in manufacturing, plus ERP experience and strong English communication. Overtime and on-site work in Minnesota are expected.
