Responsibilities include owning assembly line performance, driving lean initiatives, and collaborating with quality, product development, and regulatory teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) required or demonstrated equivalent.
• Demonstrated Mechanical and/or Process Engineering ability.
• Demonstrates ability to plan and track tasks to align with project plan and team objectives.
• Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to work on and influence cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns product assembly line technical performance; supports production with troubleshooting and CAPA investigations.
• Drives lean, KPI-driven, continuous improvement culture across the department.
• Implements lean principles to optimize manufacturing processes and lead Kaizen events.
• Collaborates with cross-functional engineering (quality, product development, regulatory) to address line issues.
• Communicates manufacturing and process issues to cross-functional teams and suppliers in writing and verbally.
