Job summary
Ingenyx is seeking a Process Engineer to support shop floor processes and scale-up activities at our Georgia facility, working on medical device manufacturing lines and related technologies.
You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to drive process improvements, validation studies, and robust manufacturing throughput, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Ability to communicate with operators and leadership.
- Experience with process development and scale-up in medical device manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Provide process engineering support to shop floor processes including conductors and micro tubing.
- Assist with process development and design to meet customer product requirements.
- Provide manufacturing engineering support to promote throughput and quality.
- Support production as products move to manufacture.
- Lead projects involving capital and process improvements.
- Provide troubleshooting for operators and establish procedures.
- Establish process parameters and controls; complete development builds.
- Lead capital projects with payback analysis and business cases.
- Help meet KPI targets for yield, profit, and on-time delivery.
