The role involves hands‑on floor support for processes like wire, tubing, laser ablation, and other medical technologies, with opportunities to lead capital and process improvement projects and to engage with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent relevant technical and manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrates the behaviors required for effective teamwork.
• Customer focus and awareness (internal and external customers).
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to operators, leadership, quality, and customers.
• Ability to coordinate across Engineering, Quality, Production, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to shop floor processes (conductors, insulated wire, micro tubing, laser ablation).
• Assist with process development and design to meet customer product requirements.
• Support production throughput and quality.
• Provide engineering support as products advance into production.
• Lead major projects involving capital and process improvement.
