Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree with 8+ years of experience leading a team.
• Strong English communication skills (oral & written).
• Financial acumen relating to operations P&L items.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and statistical analysis software.
• Experience in regulated environment; medical device or pharma preferred.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in manufacturing.
• Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance across the site, fostering a safety culture.
• Lead and engage colleagues through positive leadership, development, and accountability.
• Oversee quality culture and regulatory compliance with QA/Regulatory Affairs.
• Ensure robust defect processing and validated state compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability, throughput, and cost.
• Develop strategies to meet site productivity and service targets using lean tools.
• Lead end-to-end value stream management from suppliers to shipment, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Manage site budget, headcount, and capital investments.
