Job summary

CVS Health in Tampa, FL is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to manage stock levels, ensure accurate reconciliation, and maintain clean, organized pharmacy operations.

You will monitor inventory, assist with cycle counts, and support pharmacy readiness. Must have 1 year warehouse experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and preferably experience with SAP WM. Eligible for comprehensive benefits with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, and monitoring of Days' Supply.
• Maintain pharmacy pick stations stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist with dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.
• Provide packing supplies to Operations Assistants and ensure pack stations are stocked.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• File inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Position Summary

The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
• Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
• Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
• Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
• Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.

This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.

Required Qualifications

• 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
• Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire

Education

• Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.

Compensation

Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $18.50/hr to $20.02/hr

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
