Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in contract manufacturing projects from design to validation and launch.
• Develop project plans and timelines while adhering to schedule, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for all contractual and production matters.
• Drive lead processes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
• May indirectly supervise associates and coordinate project direction and evaluation.
• Resolve complex problems requiring in-depth analysis of multiple factors.
• Anticipate blockers and risks and mitigate them proactively.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Travel <10% of the time for site visits.
