Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), Monday through Friday.

You will oversee daily operations in assembly, packaging, and distribution of medical devices, directing production associates to ensure safe operations and compliant processes. You will report to the Production Supervisor and help develop processes with Engineering, drive on-time production, and train staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations with medical devices.
• Must have on-site transportation to Mansfield, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing activities to meet schedules.
• Provide training to manufacturing associates.
• Ensure procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Assign labor to meet production schedules.
• Maintain production records and reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering for validation plans.
• Support scale-up, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Protect a safe, efficient work environment.
