Job summary

Partners In Staffing in Grand Rapids is hiring a dependable Machine Operator for a medical device manufacturing facility. You will operate or tend production equipment, check parts for quality, and assist with basic assembly tasks. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM. This position includes a paid orientation and pre-employment background and tobacco screening. Cleanroom garments and additional cleanliness procedures may be required.

Qualifications

• Dependability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Comfort with hands-on, repetitive production work.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate or tend production equipment according to training and work instructions.
• Monitor production and check parts for quality and defects.
• Complete basic assembly and other production tasks as assigned.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.
• Keep your workstation organized and report equipment or quality concerns.
• Work with your team to meet production goals.
