rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve equipment in a medical manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency while complying with ISO and medical device requirements.

The position operates on a 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and requires the ability to work around oils and solvents, lift 10–50 lbs, and work in a manufacturing environment with strong

Qualifications

• 3 years of intermediate level machine maintenance experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 10-50lbs.
• Ability to work around oils & solvents in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform basic machinery repair.
• Install and align new machining equipment.
• Recommend improvements for quality or efficiency.
• Perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Work independently on projects of moderate complexity.
• Record and report hours worked.
• Support ISO and medical device requirements.
• Read and follow work instructions and standard work.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
• Ensure business systems are implemented and functioning properly.
