You will visually inspect parts with gauges, report defects, and may assist with basic assembly or packaging, sometimes with robotic help. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Approximately 1+ year in a production setting preferred; medical or Clean Room experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, basic measurement tools, and safe machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated injection molding machines to produce high-precision plastic components.
• Inspect parts visually and with precision gauges; identify and report cosmetic or dimensional defects; complete basic assembly or packaging, sometimes with robotic assistance.
