Job summary

Solventum in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Field Service Representative I who will support healthcare clients by delivering, setting up, maintaining medical device equipment and building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer-facing experience, a current valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 5% domestically. Vaccination status may be required as part of company policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One (1) year customer facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Support customers including patients and hospital staff with service needs.
• Prepare medical device equipment for delivery and documentation processing.
• Track inventory and locate missing equipment; load/unload from company vehicles.
• Attend training and other scheduled functions which may require travel.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and security standards.
