Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years in field technical role preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT preferred.
• Active driver license and reliable vehicle; willing to travel up to 3 hours from home.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals nationwide.
• Organize, test, and update devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set up and organize equipment and workstations.
• Monitor project timelines and customer needs.
• Travel nationally to support customer needs.
