Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of technical field service experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of biotechnology/biomedical industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests to install, upgrade, repair, and maintain instruments.
• Manage on-site installation base and spare parts within territory.
• Provide training and technical assistance to customers.
• Coordinate with internal support, drive contract renewals and upgrades.
• Document service activities in SFDC same day.
• Assist quality with data collection and performance reporting.
