Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing schedules.
• Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams for meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RSD and EAMs in planning, coordinating, and executing sales activities.
• Provide hands-on support to EAMs (dressing changes, product applications, in-services, evaluation/trial support).
• Serve as a customer point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate follow-up communications to support customer satisfaction and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers and influencers.
• Coordinate order entry, tracking, and issue resolution to ensure timely delivery.
• Help organize and execute events such as product demos, trade shows, and trainings.
• Prepare event materials and equipment using approved literature, data, and claims.
