Job summary

Gilero, a Sanner Group company, seeks an experienced Field Sales Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across Medical Devices Design & Development and Contract Manufacturing.

You will hunt new business with OEMs and life science organizations, manage a Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact through production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of successful business development within the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated experience selling medical device contract manufacturing, product development, engineering services, or complex technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of the medical device product development lifecycle.
• Proven success developing new business while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve revenue objectives.
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; pursue new opportunities.
• Grow relationships with OEMs and life science companies; expand strategic accounts.
• Lead the full sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to deliver proposals and wins.
• Represent Gilero at industry events and stay current on market trends.
